Our employment practice

Crowley and his team advise and provide strategic guidance on the full range of contentious and non-contentious work from employment contract, policies and handbook drafting to operational strategy such as advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, pensions law and practice, immigration strategy and conducting complex and high-profile employment tribunal litigation, including in sensitive areas such as whistleblowing, harassment and discrimination.

The employment team also regularly advises on the revolution of AI and its use in the workplace and on data privacy issues such as data subject access requests, group data transfers and compliance.

The team has expertise on providing advice on state immunity in the context of employment tribunal litigation and on the possibility of invoking state immunity in light of recent case law, as well as taking steps to assert state immunity during the course of litigation.
